True black alpacas are somewhat of a rarity, and we happen to have 2! They account for .004% of the huacaya population. Pure black means that there are no traces of white fiber in the entire fleece. This beautifully black yarn is a joy to work with and will create handcrafted items that will be cherished for years to come.
