This rectangular shawl is a dream to knit. Alternating sections of zigzag eyelets form a wonderfully simple yet stunning design. Each row brings a new rhythm, engaging both novice and seasoned knitters alike (while still being simple enough for TV knitting)! With its versatile size, the Abigail Wrap can be styled in countless ways, making it a perfect addition to any wardrobe.
Construction
After working a (optional) picot cast on, this rectangular wrap is worked in a simple lace pattern repeat for the length of the wrap. Rows of eyelets form elegant lines to create a striking zigzag design. A (optional) picot bind off is used to match the cast on edge for a unique touch to the edges.
